We offer two Service & Rate plans. The “Celebration Visit Rate /Standard rate”- Refundable Subject to the Cancellation Policy, and the “Special Island Rate” -Nonrefundable rate. Each includes Breakfast served to your terrace or courtyard from 9am - noon, Free WiFi, complimentary Mineral water & Juices and Daily maid service. Our best value rate is the nonrefundable Special Island Rate.

Cancellation Policy for the Celebration Visit- Standard rate

You may cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Cancellation or Travel Delay due to strike, weather or similar are subject to the above
Cancellation Policy without exception.
Nonrefundable Rates have no refund value in any case (Special Island Rate)
We recommend travel insurance.

Arrival and Departure Times & Transfers

Check-in time is normally 3pm – 10pm. Check-out time is 11am.
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. There is no front desk at the property.
We will provide every assistance with early arrivals and late checkouts – luggage storage for example.
Transfers (shared minivan) from the Airport or Ferry Port:

Arrival Transfer is free. Departure transfer is not included but can be arranged when you are here.(Private transfer on request with surcharge)

Children – Pets

As with many hotels situated on the cliff, for safety reasons, we do not accept children under the age of 12 years old at any time.
Children are reminded the House is the residence of other guests and a tranquil mood is maintained.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Pets are not accepted.
